Dominium Land/ Condominium Title Service was founded by Attorney Farley Sabillo JD LLM, a former City Legal Officer of Quezon City Government and Chairman of the Real Estate Management Committee (REMCO).

Part of his accomplishments as a City Legal Officer was to have all donated and forfeited real properties of Quezon City transferred/registered under the City’s name. He also facilitated the reconstitution of titles of several real estate properties of Quezon City Government whose titles were lost and destroyed.

Dominium was born to serve the needs of private individuals & corporations relative to land title concern. It is now headed by Attorney Russell Belmonte, a litigation lawyer who has broad experience in general practice of law and is duly commissioned Notary Public. As practicing lawyer, Attorney Belmonte has guided his clients with all aspects of transfer of property ownership, from drafting of the conveyance instruments, to the timely payments of the necessary transfer taxes and fees, up to the registration and release of the title by the Register of Deeds.
